Good morning :-)
So this is watercolouring part deux! not that exciting really, actually I think part 1 was better than this part but I will let you be the judge of that!
So since the last post I was just starting out with the watercolour paints and just painting a few colours over a water wash, and I had just started out trying it on stencils.
So these next few cards I had used several stencils to see what the outcome would be. I did not like the tree first of all as it was very blurred but after awhile like before I actually liked the tree and also the colours I had chosen which was a complete fluke but they look like autumn colours!
However, I am still not keen on the love image but my mum seems to like it! So who knows maybe its just not to my taste.
The below card I used a stencil once again but I thought it came out a bit poor and bled too much on the page so I used a wet brush and just used the paint from the butterfly images to turn into circles and I think it worked. Well it looks better now than before, I then used a white gel pen to give that reflection look on the bubble. Finally I finished it off with a Crafters Companion sentiment and some twine.
Anyways I hope you liked my post that is it from me for now, until next time!
Thank you for reading.
