TODO butterfly hot foiling

Good morning all!!!

Sorry I have not posted for awhile been a bit tied up with the launch of the new Stampin' Up! catalogue and also being away at Centre Parcs, which luckily we had nice weather for the five days we were there so that was very nice.

So for today's post I have been playing with my TODO machine and I love it, I can get an embossed foiled image without the need to go to a letterpressing company to get it done or just have the look of a foiled image but the image just sits there on the surface, like with a lot of the toner hot foiling machines.

So I have been making some cards with the Butterfly hot foil plate and just look how lovely it has come out. The card on the right is made with the hot foil plate, and I love the colour of the foil as well. You do not need anything else to go with this as the image sells itself!

The card on the right and at the bottom are made with the off cuts of the foil used on the butterfly hot foil plate. These are not embossed but they make beautiful vintage/shabby chic images which are just as nice as the original image.

Anyways these are just a few of the cards made with the TODO machine and I have plenty more to show, just not enough time or space on my phone to write about them yet or to take pics. However, I will get them on here eventually!

Also a tip with using the TODO machine, as I have to admit that I have had a few issues with hot foil plates cutting into my card, but use Hunkydory Cardstock as it seems to work perfectly on there. I do not know if it is the coating of the card but I have made most of my images using this cardstock with no issues!

So that is that from me for now, but I will be back with more I promise.

Thank you for reading my blog.
