Unicorn & Rainbows!
Hellooo all!
Well this is my second post on this blog and I have managed to get the time to actually make quite a few cards!
This time I have been playing with Mama Elephant - Unicorn & Rainbows stamp set and I love it! I loved colouring in the cute little unicorns with my Crafters Companion Sparkle Pens. I also used Lawn Fawn Rainbow and Cloud dies, I made the rainbow by cutting out different pieces of bright card several times with the die and then picked out different sized parts and pieced them all together.
The sentiments that come with the Unicorn & Rainbow stamp set are perfect, 'Happier than a unicorn eating cake on a rainbow' are just one of them.
I had so much fun making these cards and will hopefully get more time soon to make many more :-)
Anyways that is me for now, hope you enjoyed this post I cannot seem to write a long blog but if you liked it then leave me a comment please.
Thanks!

I have decided to start up another blog so I can share my non Stampin' Up! crafts with you, I am still really new to blogging and everything so forgive me if some things are a bit out of place!
Also if there are any things I can improve on then please leave me a comment or use the contact form on the right hand side.

So I recently went to the Ally Pally craft show on the 9th April and found some lovely stamps in which I just had to have! Also learnt new techniques and met some famous faces, such as Phill Martin, Leonie Pujol and many more!
I bought a few stamps, but will show them in different posts, the first one I will show is the 'Turn me on' stamp set by Lawn Fawn. I love their stamps as some of them can be funny, simple or kinda cute, and just make a different card to some of the usual floral ones out there.
So this is the card I made below with the stamp set:
It is quite a simple and basic card, no matting or layering, but sometimes in the past I have made some very detailed cards. They have maybe had too much going on as I have wanted to try out loads of stamps and techniques all on one card, so nowadays I am trying to reign myself in!
So the bulb outlines, inside bit of the bulb that looks like a heart and the faces are all seperate stamps. So I can change or remove the faces, and so on with the rest, which is why I like this stamp set.
I have cut out the different elements and stuck them onto the card with foam tape to give it a bit of a lift off the page and the sentiment is just stamped straight onto the card, however even though I have been stamping for years I still make mistakes and so the crystals are there to cover up the mistake that is why two of them are very close to the sentiment, mmmm..
Well anyways I hope you like the card, and until next time!
Thanks for reading.
